Getting Around Lake
Bracciano. The best to do is to rent
a car by internet and pick up it at your arrival
at the airport, unless you are interested in getting
Rome for the most part of your stay: In this case
I suggest the train. The surrounding roads are
visited by bikers during the week-end, who run
the tight ring around the lake, 32 KM in all.
Consider that the road is hard for people without
training, so it is better to move in the several
parks that collect the villages by mountain bike.
The wild nearby areas can also be visited by horse.
In the area there are several riding schools that
organize trips.
