No any charge is required for the service by Welhome.it to the Customer.

Reservation

As soon as you decide for a reservation, you will pay your account directly to the owner, as well as the balance (usually on the check in).
As soon as you have confirmed the booking with the account, your contacts will be managed directly with the owner, who will give to you all the information requested, will help you in your needs, will receive you by the property you have rented, and is responsible of your stay.
Cancelling
Look carefully at the conditions specified on the "Prices" page by the single property. If not specified, in case of cancelling the booking the following amounts must be paid:
Up to 30 days before the arriving: no any charge is requested.
Within 30 days before the arrival: the account.
Up to 6 days before the arrival and in case of no show: 100% of the accommodation cost.
In case of restitution of the partial amounts all banking charges must be paid by the customer.

A deposit in cash is usually requested on your arrival, refundable at your check out, to cover possible damages to the property.
