DETAILS: A small court divides the residence of the owners from the private wing reserved for guests. 120 sq.meters at the ground floor compose this independent building. There is a large dining - sitting room with a very big fireplace and exit to the garden, a kitchen fully equipped with 4 hob cooker and oven, refrigerator with freezer, small electric oven, sink and fitted cupboards. A corridor leads to the rooms, one king size bedroom with a third single bed and the second one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin, bidet, w.c. There is also a further separated w.c. cabin. The house is elegantly furnished with antique pieces, marble floors, decorated walls.
The huge garden has a reserved area for guests surrounded by laurel bushes with brick table and chairs, close the above-ground swimming pool (6 meters x 1,10 meter deep) with deckchairs and sun beds. Both the houses are fully immersed in the greenery with tall trees and bushes, and fruit trees.
