DETAILS: The cottage is an open space room of about 1800 square feet (60 square meters) situated at the ground floor, well furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is composed by 2 very comfortable double fouton (2 high sofa-beds), one of them closed by curtains for privacy if you prefer, a kitchen area full equipped with seats for 5, and a bathroom with shower. B&B service from 1 to 3 nights stay included. Or vegetable garden is available for longer stay without B&B service. Parking area in the garden. A very large private park surrounds the property with the main villa, where the owners live and are available for help and suggestion. It is an ideal base for relaxing moments just outside the crowded city, with many possibilities for day trips, archaeological visits to nearby ancient and historical sites, short distance to lake Bracciano and surrounding lake towns.
