It is ideal for a small family. From the property departs a path that lead to the historical centre. The large garden and the swimming pool are shared with the main villa, where is possible to rent the ground floor apartment (See also Villa Simi).

Payment Conditions
A 30% NOT REFUNDABLE account on the reservation, by bank transfer, postal order, cheque. Balance in cash upon arrival.
A 200 € deposit in cash is required on the arrival and refundable at the check-out to cover possible damages and extra expenses.
Check-in is suggested after 16.00 p.m. ; check-out not later than 10.00 a.m.
