DETAILS: The guesthouse is on the ground level of the villa, with entrance on the opposite side, through a small path and stone steps among bushes and flower. The large porch gives access to both separated areas, the living on the left and the sleeping in front. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with view on the garden and the pool, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a single bedroom with a small window high on the wall. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe.
The very large living room is equipped with A/CA and a Sky TV Sat, a well equipped open space kitchenette, a table with chairs for 6 and a comfortable sitting area with a double sofa bed and two armchairs. A short corridor leads to a small room with skylight and a double comfortable sofa bed. In front a half bath with washing machine and shower. This block can be considered itself an additional small apartment, that ensure full privacy to a couple or a small family.
The porch is enriched by 3 beautiful bougainvilleas and flowers, nice place for enjoy meals open air, a few meters from the stone BBQ.
The garden is taken with particular care by the owner. The lawn, thick and regular, hosts the swimming pool with beach umbrella and sun beds, surrounded by the scent of lavenders.
