Easily accessible from the main provincial road by car, through a beautiful tree-lined entrance path. Our Guest house is part of the main villa with independent entrance, keys and main gate remote control, wide parking place inside the property. Due to its strategical position the area offers a wide range of activities and trips in the surrounding wonderful Etruscan region, in the large natural reserves and protected areas, and on the beaches of lake Bracciano and the Mediterranean sea.

Apartment at the ground floor of 60 sq.mt. devided in two coloured rooms with kitchenette and bathroom with brick shower cabin, hair dryer, bath-robes and washing machine. Bedroom with very comfortable king size bed, wardrobe, armchair, table, fan. A large sofa-single bed in the second room with exit directly to the park, library, table and seating for 4, kitchenette completely equipped with fridge, sink, cooker and small oven working by firewood, carpets. The adjacent studio connected to the bedroom is available on request with a single bed, fireplace and exit to the park.
Linen and towels provided with weekly change, wireless ADSL internet connection, water and electricity, bio detergents, iron with ironing board, welcome food for first breakfast, all utilities for cooking and eating. The owners live in the main villa, speak English and French and are available to help and advise.
Bus service downtown at walking distance.

Windy panoramic park of 2 hectares with view onto the surroundings hills, shady tall ancient trees, fabric hammocks, garden furniture ,one breakfast and one dinner table with night light in different locations, chaises longues, benches and barbecue.
