The Villa. Self catering apartment on the ground floor of a villa looking the lake. Ideal for a family, the apartment is 70 meters sq., with spacious living room, kitchen corner fully equipped and satellite TV and radio, master bedroom with ensuite-bathroom, twin bedroom with a second bathroom. Two additional sofa-beds in the living area. Linen and towels provided with change every week, as well as weekly and final cleaning service. Central heating and air conditioned.
The cottage. Lovely small independent building in the garden, completely new, ideal for a couple with max 2 children: Entrance with living area and kitchen corner full equipped, two sofa beds, double bedroom with exit to the terrace and garden, bathroom with shower. (See also Cottage Simi)
Large garden with a new swimming pool (12 x 5 x 1,55 meters), garden furniture, parking. The villa is right below the town hill of Bracciano: 500 meters by car following the main road, and 200 meters by walking thanks a path that leads you directly up to the historical centre with the majestic Castle of Prince Odescalchi, and the local railway station with train to Rome every 30 minutes. Washing machine, private parking, public bus service. The owners, who live upstairs, are at your disposal for any information and help.

Payment Conditions
A 30% NOT REFUNDABLE account on the reservation, by bank transfer, postal order, cheque. Balance in cash upon arrival.
A 200 € deposit in cash is required on the arrival and refundable at the check-out to cover possible damages and extra expenses.
Check-in is suggested after 16.00 p.m. ; check-out not later than 10.00 a.m.
