This elegant Villa, and its adjacent cottage Cascina are located just 1 mile from the medieval town of Bracciano with its majestic Orsini-Odescalchi castle, the railway station (local train to Rome and Viterbo), and its beautiful volcanic lake, major reservoir of Rome's fountains. Three villages have been built on the lake's shores: Bracciano, Trevignano Romano and Anguillara Sabazia. The territories of Manziana and Canale Monterano, surrounded by extensive woods, connect this area of northwestern Rome to the Mediterranean sea, just several kilometers away. Thanks to the geomorphologic volcanic nature of this area, it is possible to enjoy the benefits of the well known health spas found in Viterbo, in Stigliano and in Civitavecchia.
The Regional Park of the Lakes Bracciano and Martignano is a singular example of intact natural landscapes despite its proximity to the crowdy tourism of the nearby Rome center. The area also hosts a distinct historical and cultural heritage ranging as far back to the Etruscan civilization, the Romans, the Medieval ages and the Renaissance.
La Villa, and its additional cottage Cascina, are built in quaint Lazium-Tuscan style. The villa is divided into two mirror houses, one of which is available for rent. Both villas and cottage surround an interior courtyard with a wading pool (5mt x 1,5 mt x 95 cm deep), a herb garden, and a private garden. The property lies in a large residential area and a car is recommended. The Owners of Villa Rosina are English-speaking and will be happy to show you around and help you with any direction or advice needed.
Each independent and self catering house has elegant furniture and is fully equipped with: linens and towels (weekly change), washing machine, satellite TV and Radio, DVD and CD player, microwave.

La Villa is on two floors: The first floor has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, living room with fireplace, study-library, kitchen, dining room, and loft which can be used as an additional bedroom and/or study. On the bottom floor there are two other double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms (one of these bedrooms can be available with two twin beds), and both rooms lead to an independent garden patio and amphitheatre. The floor throughout the villa is made of handmade terracotta tiles in a herring bone design. An extra room with double bed and ensuite bathroom, situated in adjacent villa may house an additional two guests.
COTTAGE CASCINA . Sleeps 2 + 1. Bathroom 1
La Cascina is a 70 square meters (700 square feet) house situated across the Villas' courtyard. It consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a half-service bathroom with washing machine. A large bedroom with large bay window and wooden floor, is situated in the loft and overlooks the living room. This bedroom has a double bed (also available as 2 twin beds) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The house has a chestnut beam ceiling and terracotta floor and has a northern and southern facing patio with garden furniture and barbecue. This pretty cottage is also available for longer stays.

Price Include
A set of sheets and towels are provided per guest at the beginning of the stay. Tenants staying more than one week will be given an extra set of sheets and towels each at the beginning of stay. Tenants may use washing machine in houses for their personal laundering.

Gas (depending upon consumption: 4,20 €/meter cube. 1 Meter cube = 4,20 liters, ). Electricity (depending upon consumption: 0,22 €/KW). Final cleaning (La Villa: 100 euro, La Cascina: 60 euro).

A 30 % non-refundable deposit is required to hold booking. Balance in cash upon arrival.
A security deposit of 400 euro is required to cover possible damages, and refundable upon departure after having witheld electrical and gas consumption fares.
