The Farm house is an invitation to relive historical grandeur. Around 1500 it belonged to the Alamanni family and here is where the poet Luigi Alamanni wrote his works. In the beginnings of the XX century it was inherited by the Marchesi Niccolini di Camugliano, and passed through the female line to Contessa Caterina Passerin d'Entreves et Courmayeur and her descendants.
The farm produces and exports Chianti wine and extra-virgin olive oil that can be purchased directly on-line.
The Farm house is set in the undulating, peaceful hills of, and affords beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards, olive groves, and oak trees. A long cypress avenue welcome you in a place of warmth in every sense of the word, where ancient times seem to live forever. A perfect place to enjoy the unspoilt beauty of the Tuscan countryside and close the most famous sites as San Giminiano and Volterra, just to name but a few. Since we are in open country You will need a car at Your disposal.

The apartments enjoy a beautiful panoramic view, are comfortably furnished and keep the charm and beauty of the original house with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. They are fully equipped with linens and towels (weekly change) and kitchens have full-size refrigerator, oven and electric grill. Guests have shared use of the outdoor swimming-pool (10 meters diameter). Smoking is permitted. Reserved parking.

Price Include
Swimming pool for exclusive use by the guests, linen and towels (weekly change), consumption of water, electricity and gas for cooking, final cleaning.
Price not included
Eating on request: 150 Euro/week (Apartment A), 125 Euro/week (Apartment B), 90 Euro/week (Apartment C).
Options
Extra bed: 50 Euro/week (please, specify at the booking).
Payment Conditions
A deposit of 30% over the total price must be paid at the time of booking by travellers cheque, bank transfer or money order. Bookings are confirmed when you receive our official confirmation invoice, dispatched on receipt of your deposit.
