Self catering and independent apartments in the same building located in the historical centre of Verona, just a few steps away from Giulietta's House. Ideals for a couple, for families with children, for who needs a base for short stay in the superb city also wellknown around the world for the famous Arena and its opera's open air performances (10 minutes walking). The lake Garda is easy to reach, as well as the main cities of the north Italy, thanks the strategic location of Verona in the middle way between Venice and Milano. The owners are at your disposal for help and suggestions.
The building is recently completely restaured and devided in three independent apartments, each of ones completely equipped with linen (weekly change), TV, radio and hifi, final cleaning. Parking. The apartments are child friendly and pets are accepted.
Apartment A: sleeps 2 or 3. Open space room with living room, kitchen area full equipped. One king size (or double) bedroom, single bed on the loft. Large private bathroom with bath and shower, private terrace. Air conditioner and safe box.
Additional bed available in the bedroom.
Apartment B: sleeps 3 or 4. Open space living room with kitchen area full equipped. One double bedroom, one single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower. An additional forth bed available in the main bedroom.
Apartment C: sleeps 4 or 5. Open space living room with kitchen area full equipped. One wide double bedroom for, one bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and bath. Large terrace.

Payment Conditions
A 30% NOT REFUNDABLE account is requested at the booking, by bank transfer, postal order. The balance in cash at the check in.
