Castelnuovo di Porto is a small town located on the wonderful Parco di Veio (15.000 protected hectares), with a great historical, archeologic and landscaping value. Veio, the most southern city of Etruria, is a goal for visiting the remains and the several necropolis considered the most famous painted graves in Italy. The history of Castelnuovo di Porto dates Before 1000's, and is strictly linked to the history of Rome, with to the fight between the Colonna and Orsini families. In the nearby: the archaeological area of Locus Feroniae, the many other villages and towns as Civita Castellana, Viterbo, Trevignano, Bracciano and of course, Rome!

Activities within a few Kilometer: bird-watching (Oasis of Nazzano), Horse riding (5 KM), Golf (8KM),Polo(5 KM) Fishing (4 KM), Sailing (25 KM), Antiques Market (first Sunday of the month).

The farm produces meat in according to biological rules. The calves, living as wild cattle, in tens of hectares of land, are born, grown and fed on green pastures and hay produced in the same farm, with the same biological criteria. In the farm a shop is available for periodical direct selling of the meat. Oil is produced by the farming of olive plants, some of them age long and the oil harvest is hand made. All products are certified by AIAB ( Italian Association for biological Agriculture). Great experience for whom likes to participate in the rural life as much as possible.

The swimming pool (10x4 meters) looking the panoramic view, is for exclusive use by the guests, and a wide area is reserved for children, with garden facilities. Restaurant available for the guests previous reservation. Two huge rooms fully equipped are also available for meeting and party (max 100 guests).

The main building is composed by five apartments with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wide living room, linen and towels, air conditioning in all the rooms, TV, and washing machine in common. Additional three rooms with bathrooms.

Double bedroom, living area with single bed at the first floor. Kitchen, bathroom. Each room enjoys a wide view, privacy and comfort.

Two double bedrooms and two beds located in a gallery that can be reached through a seaman accommodation-ladder. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace at level in common with other units. This unit has an inner door that could communicate, on request, with the Vine unit.

Vine (Vite): sleeps 4
One double bedroom and two beds located in a gallery that can be reached through a seaman accommodation-ladder. Kitchen, bathroom. Terrace at level in common with other units. It also has an inner door, if requested, that could communicate with the Olive unit.

Ivy (Edera): sleeps 4
One double bedroom and two beds in a gallery that can be reached through a winding staircase. Kitchen, bathroom. Terrace at level in common with other units.

Oak (Quercia): sleeps 4
One double bedroom and 2 beds located in a gallery that can be reached through a seaman accommodation-ladder. The kitchen is in a separate room. Bathroom. This unit has a spectacular view of the valley and has a private small terrace. Privacy and comfort.
