4 self-catering independent apartments in the main building compose the principal two-story building of this Casale with the reception obtained by the antique original little church. Each apartment is finely furnished with a mix of luxurious modern furniture and antique pieces, with independent services, included the heating system. The reception and the separated, antique little church compose the secondary stand-alone building of the resort.
APARTMENT A. Sleeps 4 + 4. Located at the ground floor with 2 double bedrooms (or 2 single beds in one of them), living room with 2 sofa-double beds, dining room, kitchen full equipped, bathroom with shower. Wheelchair accessible.
APARTMENT B. Sleeps 4 + 1. Located at the ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, living/dining room with kitchen corner full equipped (electric cooker) and sofa queen size bed. Bathroom and independent shower-room. Wheelchair accessible.
APARTMENT C. Sleeps 2 + 1. Located at the 1° floor: 1 cosy double bedroom, living room with sofa-bed (1 sleeps) and kitchen corner full equipped (electric cooker), bathroom with shower, office.

Price Include
Swimming pool for exclusive use by the Guests of Casale Allerona, use of sun beds and beach-umbrellas by the paved sundeck pool, use of the brick oven and barbecue with open air tables and seating, Ping Pong table, parking, maintenance of the pool and the garden, electric energy up to 50 KW., water, gas for cooking (only apartment A), linen with weekly change, initial and final cleaning of the apartment, Satellite TV, all fees included.
Price not included
Electric energy up to 50 KW per week and gas consumption for heating is payable by the metered and payable upon departure. Firewood for oven and barbecue, telephone and internet access.
Options
Additional change of linen (sheets and towels): 13 Euro per person. Use of washing machine: 5 Euro, Additional cleaning of the apartment: 30 euro. Shuttle from/to the airports: 100 Euro.
Payment Conditions
On booking a 30% NOT REFUNDABLE account is required, which will be charged by credit card or banking transfer. The balance must be paid within 30 days before the arrival. For reservations within this period the full amount must be paid when booking. Casale Allerona will send the receipt of the payment by email.
A refundable breakage deposit of 200 Euro is to be handed over to the reception upon arrival to cover possible damages to the property and extra services required, and will be returned to the Guests upon departure. Please, bring your own pool towels.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
