The property is situated in the country in a breathtaking position on a 350 m high hill with a spectacular views over the surrounding landscape and the tufa rocks of Orvieto, in the centre of a large estate with olive grove fields and chestnut woods. It includes the main Villa and the ancient Farmhouse recently restored.

THE VILLA was built in 1800 and has the structure of the important villas of that century, with wonderful antique frescoes and decorations on the ceilings and walls of the rooms. Recently restored and furnished with all modern comforts to a very high standard, the owner has left untouched its unique original structure: inside its walls, the scent and atmosphere of the 19th century envelope your every breath; The furnitures are of very important ancient Umbrian production, designed for the owner's ancestors. The Villa is 500 sq.m. wide, divided in two floors with a large and easy staircase. OUTSIDE: A wide and luxurious fenced garden with century-old trees and ancient roses surrounds the Villa, giving the guests the possibility of enjoying an exclusive and relaxed stay: it is equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs. Close to the Villa and the Farmhouse is an elegant swimming-pool at guests' disposal with a shady fully equipped veranda, and surrounded by a garden filled with English roses and a orchard of olive trees, with production of an excellent organic extra-virgin olive oil. From the pool there is a fantastic view towards the tufa rocks of the town of Orvieto and its Dome. Suitability: children welcome, suitable for elderly or infirm, smoking allowed.
