DETAILS: The property is located by the hilly countryside, surrounded by olive trees and wide greenery, just moments away from the lake (5mins walk) and the charming medieval village of Bracciano (2mins driving up) with its majestic Orsini-Odescalchi Castle, both visible from the Villa. The building develops 2 levels, with the maximum exposure to the lake. The ground floor, of 140 sq.meters, is reserved to the guests. The interior is spacious and comfortable composed by a large kitchen area, and a dining-sitting room, divided by a big fireplace and by a low brick’s wall. The bedrooms: There is a master double bedroom with French-window open to the garden with an en suite bathroom (with shower); a second large double bedroom with a king size bed and 2 bunk beds, a second bathroom (with bath) and a laundry with washing machine. The furniture is simple but useful. All the windows look at the private meadow.
At the upper floor live the owners which are available for any need and suggestion. Warning to whom is allergic to the dogs: 2 very small and a third middle size friendly dogs live upstairs.
